How to Acquire Customers Efficiently
The first three four years was just in building a great free solution that people can engage with and find lots of value in. Then we started our monetization levers on top of that except for just monetizing the ads. We were able to acquire efficiently is because we have this really good, strongly rated free app that creates a strong funnel for us. Lastly it comes from a long tail of users. I think the top 10 cities power up about half of our customers in revenue and then the long tail powers up the other half.
