MAS is an intensity measure used to prescribe objective conditioning. It can be used right across the intensity spectrum, from short super maximal stuff to steady state runs. I think it's important that before people pick a particular side, they actually appreciate and understand what both sides offer. And hopefully this podcast sort of adds a few other layers onto that so that people can go, well, yeah, I'll consider using maximum Arabic speed.
