strictly cookis is an american style, soft and chewy cookie company that i founded in two thousand and ten. I started the company after moving to shanghai for a marketing job at a chinese firm. Back then there were really only a few coffee shops,. The baking scene was relatively non existent, and i could not find a good cooky. And i love cookies. So the company was berthed out of a true need for cookies.
