How to Notice Your Female Colleagues More

I think it's a lot of effort to just notice things more than actively do. I've had, I've walked into a meetup and had some, had someone say, oh, there's a woman here. There's no need to mention there are women or like the lack of women that also kind of sometimes is weird to be like, Oh, we just wish there were more women here. Like you know, next time let's, you know, bring, I don't know, just try to phrase it differently.
