The Russian Oil Industry Is a Windfall Moment for the Oil Industry
There's something called deceptive shipping practices which was coined by the UN Security Council. Turn off the rate of transmissions and trade under the radar, do a ship to ship transfer, change your name. That is happening every day in the Atlantic, in the Mediterranean, in order to launder oil or trade above the price cap without saying so. They've got tankers out in the middle of the Atlantic somewhere literally with pipes sending millions of barrels across to another tanker sitting next to them.
