How to Meditate in a Different Style

There are many types of meditation. You actually have to really pick a style that's going to give you the awareness that benefits what you need. Some may be different or better for you in different life cycles, right? Like when you're at work,. maybe the headspace works and after whatever. If your goal is routine and performance, I feel pretty good that this headspace style mindfulness meditation is the right thing. But if you're just generally anxious and you're trying to get rid of it, it might be a different answer. And my thing about calm is that you open up calm and there's a ton of stuff in there!
