The United States has given Ukraine five, six times their defense budget from 2021. A Patriot battery costs a billion dollars and the interceptors for them are extraordinarily expensive. The M1 Abrams tank is hard to maintain and it was going to take them a while to get it to the Ukrainians when and if we provided it. And that's exactly what we're prioritizing in our various packages.
