The You Damn Prize for Education Research

Rick a hannashak has been awarded the e dan prize for education research. We asked him to come up with how he would spend the money, and we'd like his feedback. He says that in Africa schools are not competitive enough or can't do what they should be doing. But if you look around the world, you see two very troubling continents: africa and latin america. And i came down to the fact that my research has suggested the importance of quality education for nations.
