How to Deal With Trauma
I was not prepared for how miserable that show is. The casting almost works against it. I'd like, I really enjoy her kind of quality as a performer. David O' Yellow is so charming and has such a smooth register. And to see them both moving through this quite sterile world, again, both of them is fucking miserable. It feels a little bit airless to me... But then the cinematography is very stark and dark and sterile again,. but minus the kind of mystery and thriller aspect Alex Garland's work has.
