Is There a Lot More Tools Available for People to Use Bitcoin?

In the U.S., it's a little bit difficult to introduce someone to Bitcoin who's never heard of it or never interacted with it and to get them to understand the value proposition. But I would imagine in Nigeria and in the developing world, that value proposition is a lot more clear when you have this rollout of the new paper notes. The main convincing argument for them is that at the end of the day, this is still your money. No one has control over it. You're able to send this globally instantly and cheaply, which frankly, nor their system in the world or even in history has been able to do that.
