Is India a Mediator in the Ukraine Conflict?

India's foreign minister, Dr. Jai Shankar will be visiting Russia on November 8th. India and Russia have an agreement that every year there will be a bilateral summit between the leaders of the two nations. This is something that happened in the prelude to the Ukraine conflict. Now this year, we don't know if a summit is going to happen or not.
