Why Siri Matters for the Economy
Siri has always been a focused risk carrier for us when we analyze banks. Banks are by far the biggest lenders in commercial real estate. They found about three trillion or half or half of the Siri assets in the US system. Last year, banks expanded their commercial property long books around 15%, which has faster than any year since the global financial crisis.
