Hacker: Some founders only want to be the technician because they think, Hey, if I'm just building a good enough product, it's going to sell itself. If you don't step out of your comfort zone, you're just kind of building a job for yourself rather than building like a business that can scale and that can again operate without you. You need to accept that as your business grows, you need to grow with it. That means trusting employees.
