When it comes to, just generally speaking, the carbon footprint, how much smaller is that when you're eating a plant base diet? So basically you can cut your carbon footprint in half. Typical animal flesh consumer uses 11 times more fossil fuel used to produce a calory of animal protein versus plant protein. It really comes down also to just the massive inefficiency. Were growing all of these an all of these crops for animals, yet when one consumes animal flesh, you're only getting 30 % of the plant's energy.
