How to Manage Your to Do List

I like to know that I'm going to be able to complete something in the timeline I've allocated for it. What helps me though is I've gotten much better at saying to myself, is this a realistic goal for that day? And then being able to feel a sense of accomplishment with not necessarily having to do so much more is hard for a lot of us and important.
