The Administration's Policy on Community Banking

The last thing Congress needs to do is jump in and pass the piece of legislation this week. We've got to ask all the hard questions first, you know, the board for Silicon Valley Bank, where were they? How were they not trying to make this? They had 96% of their folks were above the FDIC insurance level. There's lots of warning lights out here.
