Is There a Risk in Adding New Features?

Card is a web app that lets users create and manage their own sites. It was designed to be as simple as possible, but with new features it can become bloated. Card's creator says he has gone out of his way to make the site more intuitive for people who don't need all the bells and whistles. He hopes card will inspire other hackers to try something similar.
