About 30 to 40% of people who could come back to the office if their white collar workers have been working remotely, have come back. But that still means that roughly a majority, or significantly more than majority, have not. There's sort of thinking of covet itself being endemic, being a part of our lives forever. A large share of white, color workers are simply never going to think of the office the way they did in 20 19 ever again. The game has been changed.
