The Narrative of Following Your Passion
I have this impression a that the narrative of following your passion has become much more prevalent in society over the last decade or so. I agree with you that it seems to be something we we hear everywhere. In fact, it's very easy to feel bad if you're not following your passion. So i think it's er, it's nice. It's a nice idea, but it can become oppressive.
