Ali F. Wants a Favourable Decision on Border Delimitation With Armenia
Ali F. seems to be in a hurry and trying to secure himself a position where the Armenians of Karabakh really have almost no options but to submit to his deal, which is a deal that they certainly don't want to accept. There's also he wants a favourable decision on two other issues. And I think he will keep on pursuing as much for as much as he can get until there's significant pushback. It's interesting to see whether or if the Russians will push back or this has simply dropped off their off-layer list of priorities.
