I think there's a strong argument for all of us not to use our phones as alarm clocks and go back to an old, you know, either digital or mechanical. You have to be slightly careful because some people clock watch, which means you wake up as we discussed. If you're waking up naturally without an alarm, it's telling you probably had a good night sleep. And while we're talking about dreams, I think it's really important to stress. There's nothing to worry about with dreams. Dreams are a way of the brain probably trying to make sense of our emotions and struggling with what we may or may not have experienced during the previous few days.
