I think it's choosing your sources wisely and choosing them kind of fully, you know, not getting into these information bubbles. And I would say that developmentally, what we as psychology people know is more advanced development is the capacity to hold many different paradigms at the same time. You can create models in your mind and step into them and go, oh, wow, this is how they are thinking. But hold your, hold your ground on who you are. Hold the line in what's right.
