i find a lot of corporat leaders are quite thoughtful, actually. They don't fully understand it, but they know it's thereand they want to do something about it. What you urgently need is experimentation, the possibility of doing things differently in all sorts of different places in society. But that feels like a million miles from where we are now. i see hope appearing there los like the grass. Its resurgent in local communities, solicitous. That could be shut down if political systems come down on you.
