S, i'm not defending the aleder opinion. That's not my job as a reporter. I want to ask a human question here. Maybe these judges are humans, and there's a sentiment here, a where the majority of the country does not want to do this. It's been the law for generations of women have had this protection. And at some point you don't want to sort of trundle along with an interpretation of the constitution that is, as tom suggested, egregiously wrong. So i think the question a lot of us have watching all this is, why is this happening right now?
