The July Problem in Emergency Medicine

July is a time all across medicine when you run into the capital letter July problem, right? Which is where people that have gone through medical training in the US hit this phase shift. And we see incredible increases in like the rates of error in July and slowing down as everybody sort of adjusts to that new environment. We're actually doing like a simulation and mixed didactic kind of boot camp for all our fellows,. which we're hoping to continue throughout the years.
