Backup Behavior - A Team Level Behavior?

I'm really struck by something that you said in the middle there about backup behavior being a team level behavior. Not everybody wants to nerd out about it, but they do want the outcome of it. And so I guess this is a really fundamental piece of what our group works on: Instead of training to specific team behaviors, we think about what are the conditions of the team that will lead to the good behaviors that we want teams to engage in.
