The Importance of Humility

I often say that my life's work is trying to raise up elders and that when I raise up an elder, I feel like I'm raising up an army. That's why the character of the man matters so much. If I see how they rely on the Lord, know His Word, love His Word, mean to be self sacrificial, it's that self sacrificial love that is the unfakable mark of the Word of the Spirit of God. Those are things you look for,. any other yellow flags that you would watch out for? Maybe things Paul doesn't list or what are things you watch out for that?
