A surprising amount of the stuff that we do every single day is the result of a habit or routine. There's lots of places where you can leverage these routines and cause a chain reaction of positive habits to knock down a whole bunch of dominoes at once, as opposed to just letting em be negative. This was kind of a revelation i had regarding these routinesis that i default to not put phone in kitchen first thing when i get up. When i set down out my computer, because that's where i check my emal, there's still a temptation to open up mail mate instead of doing some of my creative work.
