Is There a Mind Independent Reality?

Kant says primary qualities, space and time are not the things outside of our minds. He says object equals access, just that we don't know. It's some kind of structured reality. It is mind independent. We need mind independence, but we don't have access to it.We have access to these appearances, which are really representations within our minds. But more makes what I think is a very, very important point. And we have to account for distinctions within experience between error and not error. So they count as spatial representations too.
