During the 19 thirties, Moses left no park untouched. He even turned to those kind of shaggy menageries in central park prospect park and then turned them into proper zoos. With this w pa money, moses could even create parks from whatever patch of land he could acquire. So now he's manufacturing new parks. And you know, i mean, i'm not just talking little neighborhood parks here. Almost all of the major large parks were transformed with these programmes.
