The Importance of Asteroids
Two asteroids have just been named after Queensland Astronomers. John T Horner and Tim Holt from the University of Southern Queensland were nominated by friends to have them named in their honour. Asteroids are rocky objects like mini planets that orbit around the sun. They're living creatures just like us and they deserve a good life as well.
