Are You Apathetic?
There are three waves of people returning from exile back to Jerusalem. But an interesting thing is not everyone decides to return. Heggai, only two chapters long, can be divided into maybe three parts. They're apathetic towards this, they're just building their own homes. It's been 16 years since they've been back and they haven't started constructing the temple.
