Brad: I know one of my personal faults that I struggle with is that I don't celebrate at all all right which isn't good either. He says he's had to be consistently reminded especially and dude and my lead does this very well for me. "I still believe that not celebrating for more than 24 hours is a good thing but I do think celebrating is important" Brad adds, "If I have a regret one of regrets is that I didn't ever celebrate because I was so hungry to get away from where I was"
