How did you prepare for this interview? I want to know how they prepare for things in general. Where do you disagree with my or our thinking, opinions or approach? Hiring a group of people that all constantly agree with each other is not awesome. What gives you energy? It helps you understand what they truly get excited about and then want to lean into more in their career. Of all the things requird of you in your work, what drains you of energy? The inverse of that last question is equally important to ask.
