Sally Kohn: It's also good to have reminders. We're kind of revisiting the angel devil voice a little bit too here where the devil voice tends to be so loud for us. So how does this relate to leaning into your strengths, like being able to sit back and recognize what is it that I'm that I'm good at? What is this? How does leaning into my strengths aid in in celebrating my wins?Kohn: There are these 24 character strengths. Everybody has all 24 but they get ranked for you as you go through this questionnaire. The top six or seven are typically referred to as signature strengths.
