Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius said to be the best version of yourself you can be. Focusing on a single task and keeping your head down is something many wish we could do more frequently, or at all. He's telling us in his way not to look at our duties as things which simply need to get done quickly so we can move on to the next thing.
