"I got well trained in compartmentalization very early on. It's funny because in the early days, you know, when you're 17, 18, early 20s, like you don't have anything," he said. "It becomes a little bit like riding a bike to be honest." He added that his experience at the company being all over the place has helped him deal with volatility.
