Is Your UX Persona a Red Flag?
The personas are often disconnected from reality. And I can see a big pushback towards not having the personas rather in your portfolio because they make you a disservice. There are also people with different needs. It's very, very, very hard to account for every single user story,. User need and intentionality and level of familiarity with the product or like again, rolling up in the platform that if you try to really mention this all in your UX persona, then you're doomed.
