The Relationship Between Anxiety and Depression

Metacognitive therapy deals with the extended part of negative thinking. It sounds like it's pretty much on a continuum at any level, whatever the depression anxiety. The depressed people who ruminate 10 hours will push away their intrusions and PTSD people will try to push in a wave 10 hours a day. So these are different strategies, but we can have them in one group and actually do therapy with them for six weeks in one group because they quickly see that you might ruminate, I might push thoughts away, you might worry.
