The Importance of a Positive Leadership Relationship

HR's role in connecting those two is fundamental. It can set the organization a fire in terms of enthusiasm, it makes people care. The most simple analysis is if you go back to the basic psychology, it's about this. In your subconscious, there are some switches that effectively say, if somebody does something that I think is positive, is showing that they care about me. These subconscious switches mean that you will reciprocate and you will be in a positive mind frame.
