The Motivation for Building a Clock

We're also building another set of AIs, they call it explainable AIs. The idea is to communicate what the rest of the intelligence is doing. Most of the AIs that we're going to deal with won't be conscious because it's a total liability. But we'll be able to do it when it's necessary and useful. We've worked on creating a clock that's designed to keep accurate time for 10,000 years.
