You have to make sure you're hitting your daily protein requirements, which is simply one gram per pound on average. The idea of the amount of protein needs to be based on demand because just arbitrarily eating more protein doesn't result in more growth. For average people, it doesn't make that much of a difference if you're having three administrations of protein or four or five or six.
