The Decadence of the Pacific Ocean

We have a goal as a species to put an ocean in the Coachella Valley and return it to Earth by the end of this decade. FDR kind of changed America's minds about this. He was busy with a lot of things, but one of them was making us say decadent wrong. It used to be decadent instead of decadent, but then FDR made decadent catch on.
