It's a really good question and I think this is where it comes down to the question that we ask on the podcast about the non-negotiable behaviors so what you're not trying to do is set up rules because rules give people the chance to break them. These are just the standards that define you your team and your organization when you're at your very best they are almost out to guidelines where people then understand that these are not to be compromised. One of the key behaviors at whisper is this idea that you're a team and one of the ways that you can symbolize that is through just wearing that uniform it creates a sense of belonging that we're all in it together.
