The Laws of Murder
Thisi 21 12. He says that there's many verses here about the laws of murder. And it begins, one who strikes a man so that he is shall surely be put to death. Accidental murder is also punishable because typically accidental murder is a product of carelessness. Here we read that if you murder some one accidentally, your life will be disrupt because you'll have to flee to a city of refuge. The verse reads, but for one who has not lain in ambush, meaning has not tried to intentionally murder someone, and god caused it to come to his hand.
