The Neurobiology of Memory
Memory is that probability with which neurons will fire together in predictable patterns. We have these two different kinds of memory that we like to talk about, and the first is what we call implicit memory. This memory lays itself down when we have trauma, when we have pain,. When we have brokenness. And so this gets us then into if it's true that memory, how it works is really a way that neurons fire together in certain predictable patterns.
