I just wonder sometimes if we are sort of being driven around by part of our processes that are happening under the hood why would that be the case. I think what evolution has done is separate out those processes right? And so perhaps in the same way you know consciousness or our evolution has maybe tapped that down because it is not useful to our mental processingPerhaps our subconscious operation is the same way we're to be aware of so much that's happening on a symbolic level, he says.
