The Atlas of Surveillance Websight
The atlas of surveillance websight, run by electronic frontier foundation, is an open source research documenting police tec in specific communities. It's a pretty good web sight that does a good job of kind of calling open source information about which police departments have purchased what stuff. The problem is that because police departments are so localized and tend to do their own reporting and keep tracking their own data, the atlas of Surveillance is only as good as the information that's fed into it.
