The Fault-Based Divorce System in the United States
There are plenty of cases that do fall in the category of one of the fault-based grounds that are already there. It's not so much the difficulty of getting divorce unless, you know, the other party is very resistant and pulls out every trick in the book to block it. Many times, people don't seek divorce because they feel losing custody of their children or they fear they may not get a sufficient maintenance amount.
