ACDC vs NCIU?
The ACDC will be a government-led initiative that will have the other collaboration from those other groups such as financial institutions. The NCIU or National Coordinated Investigative Unit was born probably about five years ago, and that is really an internal section in CI which builds algorithms off of big data. Some of these financial institution collaborations are driven towards the collaboration between the financial institutions.
